This place has amazing views and both sunrise and sunset. Nance is a very responsive host and I felt like everything would be taken care of! I highly recommend this place and I’d love to book again in the future. The wildlife is also cool to see, being at the base of the mountain.

This was a great space for a short trip for two. The patio was very comfortable, and felt private despite the proximity to the main house. The mornings were filled with quite a bit of pleasantly surprising bird songs, and we actually ended up using our camping binoculars a bit! 🙂 The landscaping was very clean with just the right amount of green, and the shared area never felt awkward - it was just enough space to feel like the two of us had our own little spot. Since it was a short trip for us, we went out for all of our meals, and the mini fridge and microwave were perfect for the job. Nice big bed; great selection of things to watch on the big screen tv after a night on the town, and hot tub rules were easy and made for a relaxing trip. Nance was very accommodating and a great host. I’d definitely recommend for couples looking for a laid back, comfortable base when visiting this big city!

Overall, I had a good stay and everything was as expected. The only issue I encountered was with the shower, as it only had cold water during my stay. Aside from that, the place was comfortable and met my needs.

Nance was an incredible host. Her friendly and warm demeanor made my boyfriend and me feel at ease. The guest room was exactly as described. Additionally, she provided a list of places to visit in the area.

Not having any real idea of what the place looked like very surprised beautiful view . very modern shower comfortable beds, towels linens just a perfect place for us. We might come back again if we have to in that area thank you so much.

This place was very nice & looked just like the photos. It was located in a nice private community & Nance was very helpful with any requests & detailed instructions throughout the stay. My girlfriend & I enjoyed our stay !

Great location in Glendale; close to lots of restaurants, Sports and entertainment venues. Took in a few baseball spring training games and was able to get to and from Camelback Ranch in about 10 minutes. The Casita was stylishly appointed and was very comfortable. Nance was responsive and super friendly! Would definitely book a return stay!

Nance is extremely friendly, personable and very helpful . Accommodations are very private with a private, off-street parking place. The community is a gate coded with two entrances; very easy access.

We drove down from Denver and spent nearly a week at Nance’s place with our family for Thanksgiving. The unit was perfect for hosting a family celebration, kitchen was well stocked and talk about a big TV! Perfect for watching football. We took several walks along the canal and brought our dog along, and she was right at home at Boho down on Central. Fantastic location and great value for the money. We definitely plan to come back.
