Great location in Glendale; close to lots of restaurants, Sports and entertainment venues. Took in a few baseball spring training games and was able to get to and from Camelback Ranch in about 10 minutes. The Casita was stylishly appointed and was very comfortable. Nance was responsive and super friendly! Would definitely book a return stay!

Nance is extremely friendly, personable and very helpful . Accommodations are very private with a private, off-street parking place. The community is a gate coded with two entrances; very easy access.

Nance's "Adobe modern Abode" in Phoenix was a wonderful stay for me and my yellow lab while on our road trip. We were visiting friends and hiking, and Nance's place had everything we needed: quiet, well-furnished bedroom with a comfortable mattress and pillows; proximity to central Phoenix while also being just a short drive from the lovely Phoenix Mountains Preserve; a fully enclosed backyard for my dog to romp around; a well-stocked kitchen to cook our meals; and a great entertainment TV setup for when I just needed to kick back and veg. The large dining room table was a nice feature, both as a work space and for meals. The washer/dryer capably handled my dirty hiking clothes. The thermostat was intuitive and kept us comfy. The whole setup is bright, clean, and spacious. And Nance was super responsive to any of my questions, and is a capable and experienced airbnb host.

We stayed here for just over a week and really enjoyed our time. Great selection of games, very private, excellent spa/hot tub and very comfortable beds. Great location and Nance was incredibly easy to communicate with as needed. I would stay here again.

It has been a lifelong dream to live in a house with an incredible view. A place where you never need to check the weather, as you can see the storms rolling in. Upon arrival, my first impression was an A+. I enjoyed staying there so much, that I am going to make a special trip to stay again. The host was incredible. She responded quickly, and was avaliable to handle immediate needs and answer questions. Everything I expected was provided. There were large bath towels, a magnificent shower with body jets and rainfall showerheads. The toilet had built-in bidet features in the master bath, and there were seperate climate controls for the bathroom. The view is magnificent and the location is stunning. The bed was comfortable. The livingroom was large and well furnished. Every room has amazing views. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Of all avaliable accomodations in the area, this is the best place to stay, regardless of price.

Clean, quiet space in a beautiful neighborhood. Exactly what we needed for a 2-day getaway! Nance was extremely responsive when we had questions. Close proximity to everywhere Glendale had to offer!

We drove down from Denver and spent nearly a week at Nance’s place with our family for Thanksgiving. The unit was perfect for hosting a family celebration, kitchen was well stocked and talk about a big TV! Perfect for watching football. We took several walks along the canal and brought our dog along, and she was right at home at Boho down on Central. Fantastic location and great value for the money. We definitely plan to come back.

Very clean and enjoyable stay! Awesome couch + tv :) Primary bed I stayed in was quite comfortable. Fantastic courtyard!! and lovely neighborhood to walk around (lots of cool birds). Note: we could hear the other rental’s guests through wall (mainly in primary at night) and they weren’t being unreasonably loud (I think it’s smart to always take earplugs to airBnBs). Incredible host! Very friendly and willing to help any way she can! ..When our reason for visiting Phoenix didn’t go as planned, she generously worked with us on our rental dates (she didn’t need to). This was definitely the best stop on our road trip and I would certainly stay in her rentals again! *****
