It may be shared with guests staying in the front main house (“MCM Gem”) or the back studio (“Boho Haven”). While the hot tub area is shared, Boho Studio guests have their own private outdoor space in the back, separate from the main house. This setup works beautifully for guests if they:: • Don’t mind sharing the front courtyard • Appreciate having the back private entrance and patio. • Want dedicated parking and EV charging access If you are looking for a completely private property with no shared spaces at all, this may not be the best fit — and we always want guests to feel 100% comfortable before booking.

* This studio is attached to the main house, which is a separate Airbnb rental. The studio and the main house are entirely private from one another and do not share any interior access. * As the units are attached, you may occasionally hear normal daily living sounds from the main house. * For larger groups, the main house can be booked in addition to the studio, subject to availability.
